General characteristics of discursive competence as a pedagogical problem

In order to develop a more effective formation method of discursive competence, it is necessary clarify its definition first. Given the fact that competence still does not have single, clear definition, was proposed and substantiated by analyzing literature on this issue. The purpose study reveal essence concept “discursive competence” based generalization scientific pedagogical literature, find out reasons for in basic secondary school students. author clustered material related clarified features were determined – mastering genre stylistic various genres, contextualization ability use “communicative models”, functionality. Five main arguments among students also formulated. Turning works modern scientists topic discourse clustering used determine different approaches distinguishing components communicative then identify their common tendencies, inductive competence.
